Spécialisée dans l'assemblage de composants et de modules électroniques de haute fiabilité, EXXELIA MAROC met à disposition de ses clients un savoir-faire unique.

Exxelia MarocNous sommes ravis d'annoncer l'inauguration de notre tout nouveau site moderne construit sur mesure au Maroc, une installation industrielle de 10 000 m2 dédiée aux produits électroniques.

Ce site ultramoderne est équipé d'une salle blanche de 200 m2 et est entièrement climatisé, ce qui constitue une nouvelle norme dans le domaine de la fabrication électronique.

Orienter vers l'industrie 4.0 : Notre usine suit la méthode Hoshin, embrasse l'intégration numérique et adopte les principes du lean. Cela garantit l'efficacité, la précision et l'adaptabilité de nos processus de fabrication.

Modernisation du lieu de travail : Nos ateliers sont conçus en tenant compte du bien-être de nos équipes. Nous avons modernisé les postes de travail, introduit de nouveaux équipements plus fiables et plus productifs, créant ainsi des environnements propres, agréables et ergonomiques.

Un environnement écologique : L'accès à un parc améliore l'expérience globale de l'espace de travail, favorisant une atmosphère positive pour l'innovation et la collaboration.

 

Activités principales :

Sous-traitance interne pour les sites français et américains : Notre usine est spécialisée dans la fabrication des gammes de composants électroniques, notamment ceramic capacitors, electrolytic components, film products, stators, magnetic products, position sensors, et slip rings.

Assemblage électronique pour les clients externes : Nous offrons des services d'assemblage électronique pour les clients externes, couvrant le bobinage de transformers et de chokes, l'assemblage de rotors et de stators, le câblage, et les microwave.

 

Cette étape marque une expansion significative pour Exxelia et renforce notre engagement en faveur de l'excellence et de l'innovation dans le domaine de la fabrication électronique.

Inauguration EXXELIA Manufacturing site Morocco

We are thrilled to announce the inauguration of our brand new, modern, custom-built site in Morocco, a colossal 10,000 m2 industrial facility dedicated to electronic products. This state-of-the-art site is equipped with a 200 m2 clean room and is fully air-conditioned, setting a new standard in electronic manufacturing.     Features at a Glance: Industry 4.0 Orientation: Our modern plant follows the Hoshin method, embraces digital integration, and adopts lean principles. This ensures efficiency, precision, and adaptability in our manufacturing processes. Workplace Modernization: Our workshops are designed with the well-being of our teams in mind. We've modernized workstations, introduced new, more reliable, and productive equipment, creating clean, pleasant, and ergonomic environments. Green Surroundings: Easy access to a green environment enhances the overall workspace experience, promoting a positive atmosphere for innovation and collaboration.   Main Activities: Internal Subcontracting for French & US Sites: Our facility specializes in manufacturing a range of electronic components, including ceramic capacitors, electrolytic components, film products, stators, magnetic products, position sensors, and slip rings. Electronic Assembly for External Customers: We offer electronic assembly services for external customers, covering the winding of transformers and chokes, assembly of rotors and stators, wiring, and microwave micro-electronic assembly.   This step marks a significant expansion for Exxelia, solidifying our commitment to excellence and innovation in electronic manufacturing.
